As the design lead, we created a scaleable framework that unites AOL's core products with a common UX and design language across all devices and platforms. I lead the product design process for the future vision of the AOL app. This refresh would set the standard for the customer facing AOL experience moving forward and create a holistic POV.

SPRINT TO PROTOTYPE
The navigation architecture was a critical component in the app experience. The balance of content and mail was a challenge that involved many quick prototypes to validate the concepts. These varied from paper sketch prototypes to more high fidelity mock ups as seen below. Motion helped provide continuity, hierarchy and clear focus as the user switches context.
I designed a fully responsive marketing site to build awareness, provide support and drive users to download.
I created a motion graphics video to capture the spirit of our rebrand effort. It demonstrated our brand principles across product - simple, human & bold. This video was played at the company all hands.
